Educate

AI training that actually changes how people work.

Hands-on workshops and training programs built by people who use AI tools every day. Your team leaves with skills they can apply tomorrow.

Most AI training is surface-level. A presenter clicks through slides about what AI can theoretically do, attendees nod along, and everyone goes back to working exactly the way they did before.

We do it differently. Every session we run is hands-on and practical. Participants work with real tools on real problems during the session. They leave with specific workflows, templates, and techniques they will actually use — not a certificate and a vague sense of optimism.

What we offer.

Webinars

Focused, one-hour remote sessions on a specific AI topic. Ideal for introducing a team to a new tool or technique, or for sparking interest before a deeper engagement.

Format: Remote (Zoom or equivalent)

Duration: 60 minutes

Includes: Live demo, Q&A, recording, follow-up resource guide

Workshops

Half-day or full-day intensive sessions — in person or remote — where participants get hands-on with AI tools relevant to their work. We bring prepared exercises, real datasets, and step-by-step guides.

Format: In-person or remote

Duration: 3–8 hours

Includes: Hands-on exercises, tool guides, templates, post-workshop support

Multi-Day Training Programs

Comprehensive training curricula spanning two to five days. Designed for organizations that want deep AI capability building — not a one-off event. Each day builds on the previous one with increasing complexity and autonomy.

Format: In-person or remote (or hybrid)

Duration: 2–5 days

Includes: Full curriculum, daily exercises, capstone project, certification of completion

Custom Curriculum Development

For schools, universities, and institutions that want to build their own AI education programs. We design the curriculum, create the materials, and train your instructors to deliver it independently.

Format: Collaborative development + train-the-trainer

Duration: 2–6 weeks (development), 1–2 days (instructor training)

Includes: Full curriculum package, instructor guides, student materials, assessment frameworks

Topics we cover.

AI for grant writing and research proposals AI tools for academic research workflows AI literacy for non-technical teams AI for content creation and marketing Prompt engineering and tool selection Identifying automation opportunities in your workflow AI-assisted data analysis Responsible AI use and limitations Getting started with local AI (running models on your own hardware) AI tools for education (for teachers and administrators)

Don't see your topic? We build custom sessions. If your team has a specific need, we will design a workshop around it.

The AI tool landscape changes every month. We stay current so you don't have to.

What makes us different.

The people running your workshop have PhDs and use these tools every day. One of our founders evaluates new AI models and tools as they are released — testing what works, what is overhyped, and how tools compare under real conditions. The other has built AI systems at Zipline and Uber.

We do not read from a vendor's training manual. We teach from experience.
