Implement

We do not just advise. We build.

AI workflow automation, agent configuration, local hardware deployment, and ongoing support. We build it, secure it, and stay with you.

You have decided to deploy AI. Maybe you have a strategy. Maybe you just know what you need. Either way, someone has to do the actual work — configure the agents, build the workflows, set up the infrastructure, integrate with your existing tools, and make sure it all runs reliably.

That is us. We are not a strategy firm that hands you a report and wishes you luck. We do the implementation, we train your team, and we stay available as the technology evolves — because it will. What is state-of-the-art today will have a better alternative in six months, and we help you stay current.

What we build.

AI Workflow Automation

Custom AI workflows that automate repetitive, information-heavy processes. Content production pipelines, data processing workflows, report generation, document review, email triage — if your team does it repeatedly and it involves processing information, there is probably an AI workflow for it.

We design the workflow, build it, connect it to your existing tools, test it thoroughly, and train your team to operate and modify it.

Examples

  • Automated content production pipeline (research → draft → review → publish)
  • Document processing and extraction workflows
  • AI-powered customer inquiry triage and routing
  • Data cleaning, enrichment, and analysis automation
  • Meeting transcription → action item extraction → task creation

AI Agent Configuration

AI agents that handle internal tasks — report drafting, document Q&A, research assistance, customer request processing, code review, and more. We configure the right models with the right guardrails, integrate with your tools (Slack, email, CRM, databases), and set up monitoring.

Security is foundational, not an afterthought. We configure access controls, data handling policies, and audit logging from day one. Your data stays where you want it.

Examples

  • Internal knowledge base agent that answers team questions from your docs
  • Customer support agent with escalation rules and human-in-the-loop review
  • Research assistant agent configured for your specific domain
  • Code review agent integrated with your GitHub workflow
  • Sales intelligence agent that prepares briefs from CRM and public data

Local AI Hardware Setup

Not everything belongs in the cloud. For organizations that need data privacy, regulatory compliance, lower latency, or sovereignty over their AI infrastructure, we design and deploy local AI hardware setups.

This is a white-glove service. We advise on the right hardware for your needs, help source it, install and configure open-source AI models, optimize performance, and train your team to manage the system independently.

What this looks like

  • A single Mac Mini or Mac Studio running local language models for a small team
  • A multi-GPU workstation for more demanding inference workloads
  • A multi-machine setup for larger organizations needing local AI at scale
  • Configuration of open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) via Ollama or similar
  • Custom fine-tuning for domain-specific performance

Why local AI matters

  • Complete data privacy — nothing leaves your network
  • No per-token API costs after hardware investment
  • Compliance with data residency requirements
  • Independence from cloud provider availability and pricing changes
  • Sovereignty over your AI infrastructure

Prototypes & Proof of Concept

Working prototypes to validate an AI concept before committing to a full build. Fast, focused, and designed to answer the question "does this actually work?" with the minimum viable investment.

We build a functional prototype, test it with real data, measure performance, and deliver a clear recommendation: proceed, pivot, or stop. Better to learn this in two weeks than after six months of development.

Typical timeline: 1\u20133 weeks

Deliverable: Working prototype, performance evaluation, recommendation

Our approach.

Security and privacy by design.

Every implementation starts with your data policies. Where does data live? Who can access what? What crosses network boundaries? We design these constraints into the architecture from the start — not as a compliance checkbox at the end.

Best tools, no allegiances.

We work with the best tools available today — open-source and commercial — and recommend based on your specific needs. We have no vendor partnerships, no referral deals, and no incentive to push any particular product. When a better tool exists, we recommend it.

You are not locked in.

Everything we build, you own. Documentation is thorough. Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement. Your team should be able to operate, modify, and extend what we build without depending on us permanently.

Ongoing support, not a one-time handoff.

AI moves fast. Models improve, new tools emerge, costs change, and what was optimal six months ago may not be today. We stay with you — periodic check-ins, model updates, workflow improvements, and a direct line when you have questions.
