Strategize.

AI transformation strategy for teams adopting these tools. We embed briefly to sort use cases, architecture, tooling, and build-vs-buy. The deliverable is a roadmap with KPIs you can defend and a training plan your team can run.

Most AI strategy decks tell you what's possible. We tell you what's worth doing first.

The hardest part of an AI strategy isn't knowing what the technology can do — it's knowing which of the dozen things it can do for you are actually worth your team's next quarter. That's a sequencing problem, not a research problem, and it's what we spend most of our time on.

We come in with a point of view, but no agenda. We're not reselling anyone's platform. We're not trying to extend the engagement. We're trying to write you a roadmap you can defend to a CTO, a board, or yourself in six months when you're tempted to second-guess it.

Formats
  • Two-week strategic review
We embed briefly, audit your stack and tooling, and deliver a written roadmap with sequenced bets, KPIs, and a team-training plan.
  • Architecture and tooling review
Which models for which use cases. How they integrate with your existing stack. Where data lives, where it flows, where it shouldn't.
  • Build-vs-buy memos
Targeted decisions: should you build this in-house, license a vendor product, or wait six months for the market to settle? Each memo includes cost, timeline, risk, and what to renegotiate.
  • Board / CTO advisory
Quarterly check-ins for leaders who want a technical sounding board on AI decisions as they come up.
Outcomes
  • A defensible roadmap
Sequenced bets with reasoning, costs, KPIs, and a team-training plan. Explicit assumptions throughout, so you know what to revisit when the world changes.
  • Tool and vendor recommendations with receipts
Not 'we like vendor X.' Instead: 'here's why X over Y for your specific constraints, and what to renegotiate.'
  • Clarity on what to ignore
Half of strategy is permission to not chase the loudest thing. We give you the reasoning to ignore confidently.
  • A line that stays open
After delivery we stay reachable as the technology shifts.
