Strategize
Know before you build.
AI feasibility assessments, technical strategy, and implementation roadmaps. We tell you what is possible, what it takes, and how to get there.
You have an idea that depends on AI. Maybe it is a product concept, maybe it is an internal process, maybe it is a company-wide transformation. The question is not whether AI is powerful enough — it is whether your specific idea is feasible, and if so, what the smartest path looks like.
Most organizations either skip this step and start building too soon, or hire a large consulting firm that delivers a 200-page report no one reads. We do neither. We deliver clear, specific, actionable strategy that an engineering team or implementation partner can execute on.
What we deliver.
AI Feasibility Assessment
You describe your goal. We evaluate whether current AI technology can achieve it, what approaches exist, what the limitations are, and what level of effort is involved. The output is a clear yes/no/maybe with a detailed technical rationale.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
Deliverable: Written assessment with recommendations
Technical Strategy & Architecture
For projects that pass the feasibility stage, we design the technical approach. Which models, which tools, what infrastructure, what data is needed, how the pieces connect, and where the risks are.
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks
Deliverable: Technical strategy document with architecture diagrams, tool recommendations, data requirements, timeline, and budget estimates
Implementation Roadmap
A phased plan that breaks the strategy into actionable stages. What to build first, what to validate before scaling, what milestones to hit, and what resources are needed at each phase.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks (often combined with Technical Strategy)
Deliverable: Phased roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and resource plan
Product-Concept Evaluation for Founders
For founders — technical or non-technical — who have an AI-dependent product idea. We evaluate the concept from a technical perspective: can it be built, what does the AI component actually look like, where are the hard problems, and what should you build first.
Typical duration: 1–3 weeks
Deliverable: Product evaluation with technical architecture, risk assessment, and recommended validation approach
How a strategy engagement works.
Discovery Sessions
We meet with your stakeholders to understand the goal, constraints, existing infrastructure, team capabilities, and timeline. We ask hard questions early so the strategy addresses reality, not assumptions.
Research & Evaluation
We evaluate the AI approaches, models, and tools suited to your problem. We test things when needed. We assess trade-offs between build vs. buy, cloud vs. local, open-source vs. commercial.
Strategy Development
We synthesize findings into a clear strategy document. Architecture diagrams, tool recommendations, data requirements, risk assessment, timeline, and budget estimates — all in plain language.
Presentation & Review
We present the strategy to your team, walk through the reasoning, answer questions, and incorporate feedback. The final deliverable is something your team is aligned on and ready to act on.
Handoff & Availability
You take the strategy and run with it — internally or with an implementation partner. We remain available for questions, and if you want us to implement it, we can do that too.
Technologies we work with.
We recommend based on your needs — not vendor relationships. Every tool has trade-offs. We help you understand them.
Who this is for.
Non-technical founders with an AI-dependent product idea who need an honest technical assessment before raising money or hiring engineers.
Startups and SMEs planning their first AI initiative and want to get the architecture right from the start.
Companies outside the AI field that want to integrate AI into operations but are not sure where to begin or what is realistic.
Technical teams that have the engineering capability but need AI-specific expertise to validate their approach.
