This page describes how Oasium AI ("we", "us") collects and handles personal data through oasium.ai. Short version: we collect only what is needed to reply to you and send you what you asked for, we don't sell data, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
- Name and email you submit via the contact form.
- Email (and optional name) you submit via the newsletter or guide downloads.
- Name, email, selected plugins, and optional organization you submit when joining a Skills Lab waitlist.
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page) used for operations and security.
How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To send the weekly newsletter you subscribed to.
- To deliver guides you requested.
- To maintain the Skills Lab waitlists and contact you about the plugins you selected if waitlist updates begin.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond the service providers necessary to operate the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics).
Skills Lab waitlist entries are kept separate from contact requests, guide requests, and newsletter subscriptions. Joining a waitlist does not subscribe you to the newsletter. We are not currently sending automated waitlist emails.
Service providers
- Vercel — hosting and analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookie banner required).
- Supabase — storage of contact, guide, newsletter, and waitlist records.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (contact-form notifications and guide delivery).
- Newsletter provider — manages newsletter list and delivery. Provider named here once finalized.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time via the link in every email.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@oasium.ai.
- Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, or objection rights.
Cookies
We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which doesn't set identifying cookies. Any future cookie use will be disclosed here, and we'll add a consent mechanism where required by law.
Data retention
Skills Lab waitlist records are kept for up to 24 months after the most recent waitlist submission. Contact, guide, and newsletter records are kept only for the purpose requested and reviewed when they are no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time.
Legal entity
Oasium AI is incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The trade license number and the legal entity name will be added here once registration is finalized.
